For return clients or experienced parents.
1 prenatal visit – go over birth preferences, expectations of me as your doula, discuss labor coping strategies, etc.
Labor support at hospital upon admittance or beginning of active labor, and immediate postpartum support. Home birth clients should expect in-person support once active labor is established.
Virtual postpartum support via phone, text, or video call for the first two weeks postpartum.
